Association Description |

ITNM
is a limited company established by the government of
Malaysia on 14 September 1993 with the aim of elevating
the translation industry in the country. It deals with
matters relating to translation and interpreting, apart
from stimulating efforts of transferring information at
all levels, national and international. With its share
capital wholly owned by the Ministry of Finance and its
administration managed by the Ministry of Education,
ITNM is guided by the corporate philosophy of creating a
scientific and progressive society, striving to enrich
the repository of knowledge and promoting the
competitiveness of the nation in regional economics. |

is a limited company managed by the government of
Malaysia and offers no membership. |

· To provide quality services in translation, interpreting and information exchange at national and international levels · To translate knowledge materials, especially works of quality, into Malay · To translate important local works into other languages · To provide training and guidance in the fields of translation and language
